Chinese dairy imports: Sunny days for dairy in China revival

AFTER a two-year absence from global markets China’s appetite for dairy imports is returning and that is good news for the Australian industry.

The average consumption of milk in China had increased significantly, from 10 litres per capita in 2010 to about 34 litres per capita by 2013.
